**NOTE: Birth date cutoff for ALL leagues is 04/01/2009 (Child cannot be older than age group before April 1, 2009) (Exceptions at our Commissioner’s Discretion) All Leagues scheduled to finish by July 4th Holiday except for those denoted by †Leagues may have a few games scheduled on days other than those noted. Minimum age cutoff for the Tee Ball Leage is as follows: child should be 5 by August 1, 2009.

Please DO NOT send cash or money orders in the mail, there are insufficient means to insure receipt of payment. DO NOT FAX the registration. Registrations will not be accepted without payment.
