Happy 5 Soccer is for boys & girls ages 5-12.
Player Proof of Age:
All registrants are required to show one of the following…
• Birth Certificate
• Baptismal Certificate
• Valid Passport
• Medical Insurance card with birth date
Eligible players must be 5 by July 31st, and cannot turn 13 before August 1st, (no exceptions)
Costs… $50 for 1 child
$95 for 2 children (same immediate family)
$140 for 3 or more children (same immediate family)
There are no Special Requests for player assignments.
Twins will be on the same field, but not on the same team.
Both the Concession Stand and the Cleat Exchange will be open.

Parents and players are to meet at the bleachers North of the concessions building by 9:00 a.m.
Meet the coaches; receive soccer ball and t-shirt; regular schedule of play.

September 12 — Team Pictures

Non-All-star fields (1-8, 11-16)…. Sept 12th… $3
Girls All-star fields (17-18)… Sept 12th… two choices, either $3 or $5
Boys All-star fields (9-10)… Sept 19th two choices, either $3 or $5
Please be in attendance so your team photo is complete.
Order pictures at the Concession building by the “Pictures” banner.
Payment required at the time of order.

October 10 — Closing Day

Parents and players are to meet at the bleachers North of the concessions building by 9:00 a.m.
Don’t miss our Give-away to the players at the closing ceremony.
Cookies will be at each field for everyone following the last game.
